Member Referral Program

We're excited to announce our brand new Member Referral Program, designed to reward you for helping our Thunder Highlands family grow! As a small golf club we thrive on our community, and we believe our best ambassadors are you – our current members.

Here’s how our Member Referral Program works:

For Our Current Members:

• Refer a New Primary Member and Get Rewarded! For every new primary membership you successfully refer to Thunder Highlands, you will receive 4 complimentary guest passes.
  
  
• Who can you refer? You can refer anyone who has never been a member in any capacity at Thunder Highlands before. This means no past primary, secondary, or junior members. This program is designed to welcome new members to our fairways and grow the Thunder Highlands family.
  
  
• How to Refer: To make a referral, simply send an email to info@thunder-highlands.ca with the following information:
  
  • Your full name
  • The full name and contact information (email) of the person you are referring.
  • A brief note indicating that you are referring them for a primary membership.
    
    
• Receiving Your Guest Passes: Once your referred individual has successfully joined Thunder Highlands as a new primary member and their membership is fully processed, your 4x 2025 guest passes will be available for pickup at The Friendly Corner. We will notify you via email when your passes are ready.

For the New Primary Member:

• A Warm Welcome Gift! As a thank you for joining our club through our referral program, you will receive 2x complimentary 2025 guest passes upon successful registration and payment of your new primary membership.
  
  
• Receiving Your Guest Passes: Your 2 guest passes will be available for pickup at The Friendly Corner once your membership is fully processed.
  
  

Important Legal Details & Program Guidelines (Please Read Carefully):

• Eligibility: This program is open to all current, active Thunder Highlands primary members in good standing.
• Definition of "New Primary Member": A "new primary member" is defined as an individual who has never held any type of membership (primary, secondary, junior, etc.) at Thunder Highlands Golf Club in the past.
• One Referral Per New Member: Each new primary membership can only be attributed to one referring member. In the event of multiple referrals for the same individual, the first referral received at info@thunder-highlands.ca will be deemed the valid one.
• No Cash Value: Guest passes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other services.
• Guest Pass Usage: Guest passes are valid for a single round of golf and are subject  to club rules and regulations. They expire after the 2025 season.
  
• Program Changes: Thunder Highlands Golf Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals made prior to the termination of the program will be honored according to the terms in effect at the time of the referral.
• Abuse of Program: Any fraudulent or abusive activity related to this referral program, as determined by Thunder Highlands Golf Club, will result in immediate disqualification from the program and may lead to the suspension or termination of membership.
• Privacy: All personal information collected in connection with this referral program will be handled in accordance with Thunder Highlands Golf Club's privacy policy. By participating in this program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.
• Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Thunder Highlands Member Referral Program constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
